I would like to believe that we all start as a symbol of yin and yang, with a side of “yin” which represents our dark side - negativity, coldness and our shadows; while the other side, “yang'' , represents our good side - brightness, passion and growth.
We start with a balanced yin and yang but over time, with every new path, decision, choice and habit we keep bending over to the side that best suits us.
We often have conflicts within ourselves, like what is right and what is wrong?
Is that just our yin and yang arguing? Is it like those movie scenes where there is a devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other? And if so, which one do we listen to?
Where there is conflict, there is growth and maybe that is why we all start as a symbol of yin and yang (at least that's how I would like to see it).
